خشکی اور تری میں لوگوں کی بداعمالیوں کے باعﺚ فساد پھیل گیا۔ اس لئے کہ انہیں ان کے بعض کرتوتوں کا پھل اللہ تعالیٰ چکھا دے (بہت) ممکن ہے کہ وه باز آجائیں۔
